As a key member of our team, duties of this position include, but are not limited to, customer relations involving in-house and catering interaction, responding to enquiries by phone and email, supervision of staff, managing social media activities, point of sale (Squirell Cafe) administration and maintenance, supporting our service team as required, menu formatting, monitoring beverage inventory, and co-ordinating restaurant maintenance. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with technology in general is required.
